I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks ago for a radio replacement and rear spring that they told me they received (3 weeks ago) when we schedule the appointments We only have one car so we left the car replacement and rear spring that they told me they received (3 weeks ago) when we schedule the appointments We only have one car so we left the car very early in the morning. At 4 pm we received a call that they were not able to replace the radio because it was also broken and they need to order a new one ( they never open it ) and at 4pm they did not replace the springs neither . I told them that I can be without a car more than one day and they work around the clock and give the car at 7pm. Now I have to go another day for the radio replacement and the actual radio y now not working properly ( it was working perfect) the reason of the replacement is because it has a crack. More

Average service, slow to no communication I waited 45 min before being seen in the waiting room, then finally once they took the car for diagnosing they came back and said it would be 1.5 hour I waited 45 min before being seen in the waiting room, then finally once they took the car for diagnosing they came back and said it would be 1.5 hours, when I said I couldn’t do the repair, they said said it would take just as long to put the car back together and I mind as well let the just do the repairs. I was stuck, and it was already late. I had previously mentioned I couldn’t stay past a certain time, which was already rapidly approaching and that I’d need a car if it was going to be past a certain time which had already passed. I was stuck and my kid therefore was stuck too! I was very annoyed. The service advisor said oh sorry we don’t have a car. So I was totally stuck. Not good communication in my opinion. They could definitely have handled the situation a lot better had they not made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting area before even looking at my car. I shouldn’t of had to go and find my service writer just to get a mechanic to even look at my car. More

It was great I arrived about fifteen minutes early. About 5 or 10 minutes later Stephen came to explain to me what they had to check on my Forester and he told me I arrived about fifteen minutes early. About 5 or 10 minutes later Stephen came to explain to me what they had to check on my Forester and he told me how much it was going to be moneywise. He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. When the job was done he came to let me know that the inspection did not reveal any problems. He explained everything that was done and asked if I wanted to wait until they washed my SUV. He said it would take about 20 more minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience. No complaints. More
