Knowledgeable about the vehicle and completely easy to communicate with. A couple phone calls, quick deposit, and I'm in my new truck within an hour. I recommend Lia Honsa and Rob Dawes without any reservation! I have purchased my first Hond CR-V from Lia ten years ago and then decided to lease. I recently leased my second CR-V through Rob. He listened to wha I have purchased my first Hond CR-V from Lia ten years ago and then decided to lease. I recently leased my second CR-V through Rob. He listened to what I wanted, what I could pay, and assured me that he would call me when the next CR-V lease promotion came out - and he did! He guided me as I chose the best mileage lease for me and patiently answers all my questions. I have recommended him and will continue to do so! More

Horrible service and communication I have used this dealership for about 2 years to get my Honda serviced. Up until this visit things had been great. My car would not run right last wee I have used this dealership for about 2 years to get my Honda serviced. Up until this visit things had been great. My car would not run right last week so I had it towed in for service under my warranty. First day I dropped the car I received 3 phone calls about it. Next day I had to call the end of the day. Third day, Friday, I called at 4:30 as I had heard nothing (going on day 3). I was put to the service reps VM. At 5pm with no call I called back only to be told that rep was not in today. Well then why the xxxx was I just dumped to his VM?? I called back and spoke to John Kelty, the Service Manager, whom was up to speed on the car and gave me an update. They had now had it 3 days and were no closer to finding the issue so he was putting his foreman on it on Monday. Monday I got a phone call or two that they were working on it. Tuesday nothing again. I call and the service advisor is off so I asked for John again. He called me back and said someone was supposed to call me..... He told me what they found just that afternoon and what they were going to do to get the part and fix it. Yesterday the Service rep called me twice to tell me they had approval and part was local and later called to say its back together and running good. They were going to test it. I told him I couldn't get in until tomorrow (today) to pick it up. He said he would let me know. Crickets..... I guess in the end, all dealerships just suck and it takes time for the underbelly to actually come out. This will be the first and last Honda I ever own and I may have to find somewhere else to service it in the mean time. More
