We travelled from Gainesville, FL to pick up the vehicle and made him aware that our time in Stuart was limited and we requested to make the purchase as smoothly and quickly as possible because we had to go back home the same day. Scott knew this from the get-go and he immediately knew what to do, from preparing all the paperwork and just giving us straight-up answers to our questions with no BS in between. I appreciate his honesty, his speed and accuracy in processing all the paperwork for us. It took us about < 90 minutes to trade our vehicle, process the paperwork and the new one. Scott is an excellent communicator, he absolutely knows what he is doing, has great attention to detail but without losing his sense of humor. I'd give him 10 starts if it's applicable to rate here but unfortunately, this is not the case for this website. I highly recommend anybody buying from Toyota to work with Scott. I named my van Scott as an alias for the time being because we are pleased with his service. Shoutout to Mr. Steven as well, the dealership's financial manager who assisted in the process as well. He's been very helpful and patient with us as well. He's probably that one person in the dealership you can find right away because he's got this deep DJ like voice or could sound like Optimus prime. I am absolutely floored at the arrogance displayed by the “finance manager” Steve Stiekman. We had financing through another lender that they worked with however Steve refused to allow any financing other t “finance manager” Steve Stiekman. I get the new vehicle market is very competitive right now but to throw away a sale that was handed to them on a silver platter is just crazy. More
