I started the process months ago and they were patient with me throughout the process. Stephen, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and which I was interested. I literally changed my mind numerous times and they stuck it out with me and never seemed bothered. I finally got the vehicle I was looking for in the process overall was seamless. Once I had my mind set on a vehicle the process only took about 1 hour and a half. I would highly recommend. In a time when it's hard to find people to trust, they were honest and I feel like I got a great deal!! Update: 10/12/2017 : Once again these guys did not disappoint! I had an issue where the antenna on my used vehicle wasn't working so I called the guys over at Heritage and they had me bring in the vehicle and were able to fix the issue. Again another example of exceptional customer service. They didn't have to help me since the antenna wasn't technically covered in my warranty, but they did because I believe they truly care and I wasn't just another sell. From John to Stephen to Robert in sales, they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Lastly after my car was fixed the icing on the cake was Stephen brought it to my home personally. It doesn't get any better than these guys. The have been a God send to me throughout the car buying process. I highly recommend them if your looking not only for a great deal, but exceptional customer service, honesty and loyalty. More

Steve very graciously offered to bring the car to me for a test drive which was about a two hour drive one way. John gave me a fabulous price, and Garrett was able to get me a better rate than my bank. When the deal was completed, Steve delivered the car to me, another long drive. They are truly the best!
