Our commuter car took a dump on us. So we returned to VW on a Sunday two hours before closing. We test drove the Tiguan and loved it. Within two hours we were leasing our 2nd VW. We were given a loner to drive until it was ready which made it possible for my husband to get to work. We have experienced such a professional but also family oriented dealership. Nanika provided excellent customer service. Overall we will continue to return to VW Walnut Creek and also refer friends and family. They have gained a lifelong customer and family of VW owners. We looked at a few of the atlas’s and test drove one we talked about the features that we wanted and she found us a car. We left to think about what car we wanted. Jacque called us just to thank us for coming in. We came back a few days later to look at another atlas and test drove another one. Jacque was so helpful in finding us the right car. We came back in over the weekend and talked the numbers. The negotiations we very pleasant. No pressure at all went over different lease and finiacing options. They laid out all of the details on a sheet so you know exactly why you are paying for. No hidden agendas.
