The black car saga Tim has been great with my car. A plug high up in my dash melted and the dealership got it fixed. Had to bring car back afterwards for some much needed tweaks after the e tire dashboard was out some things rattled loose and had to be adjusted. Dealership was great! VW corporation of America, not great, their rep Manny adorned yo my case I opened was awful and rude even at one point tried to accuse me of tampering with the car which was not the case. Thank goodness.Dorito brothers were extremely accommodating or I think I would had just sat and cried. To this day since August 5th never got any type of written apology from VW corporation. Dorito Brothers makes me still want a new VW some day after this ordeal. More

I really appreciated his transparency as well, if he didn't know the answer to something asked he didn't just make something up he simply said "good question, let me find out". We bought a Tiguan in early July and returned three weeks later to buy our GTI, both times there was no push or pressure to buy just honest and friendly feedback and a unique desire to make the customer feel as if all the choices were theirs to make. Our commuter car took a dump on us. So we returned to VW on a Sunday two hours before closing. We test drove the Tiguan and loved it. Within two hours we were leasing our 2nd VW.
