Great service, advice, not the typical dealership Received great internet pricing from ANDRES GARCIA and went down to the dealership to test drive a VW ATLAS. This is my 5th car and have met some really good and bad dealerships too before. So was skeptical wrt the whole process until I met Andres. He laid out the details and pricing options - lease vs buy, provided advice, but not pushy at all. Upto the customer to decide what’s best for their situation. While we worked out the deal, test drove and waiting in the lobby for the paperwork to be done, I noticed a couple walk in and say upfront that we are here only to check out the cars and will not be buying until next month. However, another VW specialist took the time to explain and provided all the info of the car they were looking at and ensured they had all the details to make an informed decision- not that day but another day or month or year - whenever they were ready to purchase. This shows enough that they really value their customers- current and potential as well. My suggestion to all car buyers is to look at the dealer ratings and choose the dealership you wish to do business with. Even if you get a lower price elsewhere, great dealerships will try and match the pricing and at the same time leave you with a good feel/ experience vs a bitter one. Great service, low-pressure, accommodated a busy schedule. My wife and I have been a Jeep family for more than 5 years. We had recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Edition (A vehicle we both My wife and I have been a Jeep family for more than 5 years. We had recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Edition (A vehicle we both LOVED). Then we had a 2nd child. After a week of 2 kids and grandma squeezing in, it was clear that the limited legroom for the driver (i'm 6'1") when a carseat was installed, and the tight rear seating....this was not going to work. We needed 3 rows. The new Atlas was on our short-list of vehicles we would be interested in. We turned-up at Dirito on a whim with very little time (a hungry 2-week old baby) and met Jim Cord. He was incredibly pleasant. He wasn't pushy, just curious about how he could help. He quickly picked up that we knew what we wanted and didn't require a spiel. I was familiar with the trim-levels, options, etc. While they didn't have a match on the lot, he responded within hours letting us know he tracked-down an Atlas with the trim, color, packages, etc. He negotiated on our behalf a very fair trade-in for the Jeep, didn't rush us, and most importantly, rolled with the fact we didn't want to spend hours in the dealership making the deal, as that can be grueling, esp with a baby. Most of the numbers game happened over the phone or email. Jim was super prompt. I never felt like I was waiting to get updates from him. We closed the deal in record time. Every member of the staff I dealt with was friendly, curious, and helpful. I would recommend Jim and Dirito over every other Bay Area car buying experience I've had (6 vehicles) Thanks Jim! More

Once I got a fair price offer via email, I was able to reserve the car and agree on a pick up date. The paperwork took me a little bit more than 2 hrs. The dealership is clean and has some nice amenities. They were ok with my 2 kids hanging out in the show room. I like the fact that they offer you to deal with the DMV on your behalf. The only quirk was my short dispute with the sales rep on whether a privacy cover was included in the package. I remembered it to be part of the Internet offer but the Sales rep denied at first and told me that he couldn't pull it up anymore due to the reservation. Only, when I found a working link on my smart phone, he accepted the fact that it was part of their offering. He later apologized but it still left an aftertaste in my mouth. So, if you go through an Internet sales with them, make sure that you print their original offer before showing up in the dealership for avoiding any discussions. More

Outstanding service and honest I just bought a 2018 GTI Autobahn. I thought Kyle was very fair in the price he quoted me, without having to go back and forth.
