Most smooth purchase experience ever! I had negotiated the purchase price with Diego over email prior to visiting the dealer. Once I arrived on the date of appointment, we were in and out I had negotiated the purchase price with Diego over email prior to visiting the dealer. Once I arrived on the date of appointment, we were in and out of the dealer in less than 1 hour and half. This includes test drive, appraising a trade-in, and signing final paperwork. Diego was extremely helpful during this time. He answered all of our questions and accompanied us all the way until we drove off the lot. Hands down the best car shopping experience in the Bay Area. Well worth the one-hour drive from San Jose. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More
