Rj is a dweeb that rather text me then give me a call back. He closed me out my lease i asked him about canceling my warranty he tells me write a letter so they can summit to warranty company. Instead he texted me how can he help me i asked about the warranty he said xxxx find out. 3 days pass and no word for him so i text him back and his response is no idk reach out to the salesmen that sold you the car. After that he ignored every other message sent. He's just as bad as every other worker in that building. I will be reaching out to corporate for further help. This place is a disgrace! Agreed to their advertised price for a 2018 CPO Wrangler. When the purchase contract came, they had added another $1,995 for the certification. I asked Sterling why and his response was, "Internet sale price is for the cost of the vehicle only. The 7 year 100k mile factory CPO is $1,995." Don't know how you can advertise a car as a certified pre-owned vehicle for a specific price, agree to sell it for that price and then try to gouge the customer for another $1,995 and think that's ok. Save yourself some time and trouble and go elsewhere. Ethics and transparency are not some of their strong points. More
