Sales was easy, finacing took advantage of me but did get me out of a car I was struggling to afford. The person who is supposed to go over the vehicle options was terrible. After a long day visiting car dealerships, I was relieved to be greeted by Sterlingjoy (SJ) at Carr Subaru who helped me get my new wheels. She immediately understood how intimidating it can be to be a singl to be greeted by Sterlingjoy (SJ) at Carr Subaru who helped me get my new wheels. She immediately understood how intimidating it can be to be a single woman shopping for a car and I felt comfortable talking to her and loved how down to earth she was. While waiting for the paperwork, I was happy to hear about all the fundraising Carr Subaru does for our community and how she really enjoys working there. SJ made the whole experience so much easier.
