We were greeted in the parking lot by Ralph Kurland. Ralph is one of their sales representatives. What followed was the best car buying experience of our 49 years of car buying. Ralph answered all our questions and took us on a couple of test drives. He treated us with respect and good humor, applied absolutely no high pressure and made the whole experience fun. We had no intention of buying that day, but wound up having Ralph and Subaru meet all our needs.
