Excellent customer service @ Elk Grove Toyota Danny expeditiously processed my 6-mo Rav4 maintenance requirement complete with complimentary car wash and coordination with Mr Adams, repair shop es Danny expeditiously processed my 6-mo Rav4 maintenance requirement complete with complimentary car wash and coordination with Mr Adams, repair shop estimator. Mr Adams patiently explained my car condition and showed me how to get rid of the scratches/marks without repainting. He actually fixed my car’s eye sore scratches without having me make an appointment and free of charge to boot. Both Danny and Mr Adams made my day! Elk Grove Toyota has excellent staff, customer service and a wide variety of products and vehicle maintenance services. Thanks much Danny, Mr Adam and Elk Grove Toyota! More
