Great Customer Service Been a Lexus person since 1999, from our rx300 and gs300 in 1999, 2005 rx300 and now 2015 CT200h. Love the service from the team at Lexus of Rockford, from sales manager, sales consultant and the finance guy. Steve Anderson was great all through the buying experience, Ken Norwood did an awesome job on the finance and Matt Jensen sales manager meet me half way on my trade in, can't asked for more. Great people to work with and would definitely buy from them again. More
