I initially came in to take a first hand look at two vehicles that I had seen on the Internet. Steve Ault came out and introduced himself, offering any help I needed. I typically prefer to look at vehicles alone and ask questions if and when I narrow down the choices, but Steve was so low key, genuine and enjoyable to talk to that we focused in on two vehicles and got down to test drives etc. In past vehicle purchases the sales person has been critical to my/ our selection and, frankly, Steve was fantastic. He was honest with tougher questions rather than wearing a sales hat in every case and was THE factor that closed the deal for me/ us. Our salesman, Steve Ault, was excellent from the time we first looked at our "new to us" MDX online to driving it home.
