As a 'repeat' Acura customer with an expiring lease, I had been comparing prices via the internet. He was honest with tougher questions rather than wearing a sales hat in every case and was THE factor that closed the deal for me/ us. Our salesman, Steve Ault, was excellent from the time we first looked at our "new to us" MDX online to driving it home.
