Steve is extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles, he is patient as the day is long, and made us feel that our satisfaction was more important than him making a sale. Steve is happy to go the extra mile for his "friends". Simply put, after over 40 years of driving this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Drove from Key West to work with this dealer I'm the kind of guy who does a lot of research on a vehicle on their own. So, I already knew the kind of car that I wanted. I messaged Crown on Sund I'm the kind of guy who does a lot of research on a vehicle on their own. So, I already knew the kind of car that I wanted. I messaged Crown on Sunday about the Elantra GT I was interested in, and 15 minutes later received a call from Steve Bednar asking what questions I had. Over the next few days of talking with my credit union I had everything all set to travel up there and get the car. Steve Bednar was just as nice in person as over the phone, we went for a ride in the car, asked if I had any questions, and we proceeded from there. Damian was helpful in trying to get a better loan rate for me, but not being local (I'm from Key West) that wasn't going to happen. He took care of all the paper work for me and made it as easy as possible. Steve Bednar even followed me to drop off my rental car and gave me a full tank of gas before sending me on my way back to the Keys. Wonderful experience, would love to send more people to them, and look forward to doing business with them in the future :) More
