Always a positive experience Needed advice and assistance with service on our 2015 crv. After speaking with Steve in the service department I was able to locate the right brake parts for our Honda. Over the years I have come to trust Steve Berman with all my vehicles as well as my moms car who also has a new crv. To be completely honest she chose the crv because we knew that as long as Steve was servicing her vehicle it would always be kept in top condition by a competent professional. Heritage Honda truly has an outstanding employee in Steve who we trust, is always polite and friendly and extremely professional. I hope that he is able to see how much we appreciate him and that it is not overlooked by management as to the outstanding service professional they have on their staff. More
