Service/Repair Multiple Issues Everytime I visit the service department for service or repair, Becky, my service advisor, takes excellent care of me. She is truly amazing! She give Everytime I visit the service department for service or repair, Becky, my service advisor, takes excellent care of me. She is truly amazing! She gives me a detailed printout of what's wrong with my vehicle, explains what needs to be done and tells me how much it will be. She understands that I am very busy and have to have a vehicle to get to work and provides me with a loner car every time! She calls me and updates me on the progress of the repairs, time frame, and costs, so there are never any surprises. The service provided is excellent and I completely trust the work that is done without ever having any questions or doubts. When I return to pick up my vehicle I find it has been washed and vacuumed, something that I never asked them to do! I am a nurse and work 6 days a week. It is so important to me to know that if I have to bring my vehicle in for service or repair I never have to worry about how I'm going to get to work or get around while my vehicle is in for service. This is a huge benefit! Becky takes such excellent care of me that if she is not available or I cannot book her as my service advisor, I will delay my service or reschedule so that I can have her. I have dealt with other service advisers at this dealership. They were all good, but Becky is excellent and I would not want anyone else taking care of me. More
