Text Book Perfect ! Called for appointment on a recall notice. Was given an 11:00 appointment time. Recall notice stated service would take about an hour. Arrived 10:30. I asked if they were not busy, could they also do an oil change. Steve said no problem, will do. Due to my additional request, I anticipated additional time. The waiting area was very clean and had coffee service. At approximately 12:30, Steve came to the waiting room. He stated all was complete and the Ram was ready to go. They completed the job and performed a Safety check. I am a Retired Senior Citizen who has bought a number of cars and visited many Service Departments. I have been around the block and used to restore cars. This was my 1st time at this Dealership. I will now make this my Dealership and Service Department to do business with. Thank you... More

Wait time. No updates Service was said to be 3 hours when I made the appointment and again at drop off. I returned after 4 hours and still had an additional 90 minute wait.
