Always made to feel that MY business is VERY important !! I have never been treated better at ANY other dealerships then the service department at this location. Ever sense I started dealing with Steve Brawer I have never been treated better at ANY other dealerships then the service department at this location. Ever sense I started dealing with Steve Brawer as my service advisor, I have sense started bringing ALL of my family vehicles(4) to Steve at Ferman Jeep instead of local repair shops. Steve has always made sure we were happy with the quality, service & timeliness of repairs to our vehicles. I have NEVER felt like I was being taken advantage of, like at MOST other dealerships. THANKS STEVE !!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :) More

WORST DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS! Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem wi Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem with the car. Had it back in there 6 times each time they did something different and said it was fixed which each time it was not. So after spending a boatload of money time out of work the stalling still was not fixed. Took it to another mechanic that found the solenoids were not put in properly and was the cause of the problem. So now I have to pay more money to have the trans ripped apart after their poor job that the had no clue about. This is not the first time this dealership could not figure a problem out when I brought it in. The service guy Steve there is soooo rude and Mike Hughes the manager never returns phone calls. Horrible experience not to mention expensive! More

There after the sale !!!!! I bought a new Dodge Rebel in Dec. 2016. My salesperson was Ken Levicky. Yes, salespersons are suppose to go out of their way to secure a sale. I w I bought a new Dodge Rebel in Dec. 2016. My salesperson was Ken Levicky. Yes, salespersons are suppose to go out of their way to secure a sale. I was looking for a particular vehicle. Ken didn't press me , he made me feel as if two friends had sat down to talk about what I was looking for in the vehicle. At the end I purchased the vehicle of my choice. Okay, fast forward. After vehicle's first wash, I noticed a bubble in the rubber roof spacer. Took the vehicle in, spoke to Ken, problem fixed. My service advisor was Steve Brawer. Steve was easy to talk to about the problem, didn't get the feeling of just being a customer. I had also met Julio Ayala, sales manager during my purchase. What a trifecta. Would recommend this dealership and in particular these three (3), Ken, Julio, Steve. More
