Steve in sales was great. Devon in finance was not respectful to his sales staff directly in front of customers. An example being that when He didn’t know the remaining warranty info on the used truck respectful to his sales staff directly in front of customers. An example being that when He didn’t know the remaining warranty info on the used truck I was looking at but played it off like he knew, Steve was respectfully trying to correct him and Devon responded with an annoyed tone. Devon also did not take COVID precautions seriously. While in his office, he took his mask off to blow his nose and said “I promise that I don’t have COVID.” It’s fine to blow your nose but think he should not be doing that directly in front of customers. More

I am so impressed with Steve Broucek, as well as Dillon in the service department. Steve was earning my trust as a first time Volkswagen customer by returning phone calls as well as emails very promptly wi in the service department.
