fast, informative, and courteous I brought my car in for an oil change. Service discovered a problem with my A/C and alternator. They also told me that i had an extended warranty t I brought my car in for an oil change. Service discovered a problem with my A/C and alternator. They also told me that i had an extended warranty that paid for all but my deductible, The result is that my car cabin is cooler and they prevented me from a total failure of my alternator at undoubtedly inconvenient time. Every service dept. employee was courteous, They clear described and explained the needed repairs and maintenance. The repairs were done timely and updates regarding progress of the repairs were provided. More

Job well done Two unrelated issues came up with our 2005 Accord. This is a vehicle we only use occasionally but it needs to be reliable. Regular maintenance Even though the dealership was remodeling everyone there was warm and friendly. Steve was exceptionally thorough.
