I've been a customer since 1996.i've purchased 3 Accords and 2 Odesseys in that time. I've always been treated well and whenever possible the service rep have tried to give me a bargain price...Which. Livi and 2 Odesseys in that time. Going to Honda to lease a new 2019 CR-V EX was a very pleasurable experience. Our sales person, Celeste was very professional yet personable. Quck and efficient service My 2019 Honda CRV had a safety recall on it and I was so pleased how easily it was taken care of. Steve got me in there immediately, took care of the problem and even arranged rides home and back with Marty (a very nice man), When I returned to the dealership, the paperwork was ready and Steve had me on my way so quickly, I appreciate this from a car dealership. Unlike Bell Honda, they did not have salesman calling ahead of time to try to get me to buy a new car, Very rude and nasty sales manager. Thank you Steve, and Arrowhead Honda. You are the only Honda dealership I will work with from now on. More

Bought a 2006 Honda Civic in 2013 for our son. A month after buying, we received a warranty extension on engine block cracking. We were sick over it, and angry that Arrowhead Honda didn’t disclose; as it after buying, we received a warranty extension on engine block cracking. We were sick over it, and angry that Arrowhead Honda didn’t disclose; as it was an issue since 2010. Arrowhead Honda assured us that any issues would be taken care of. Fast forward December 18, 2019. Guess what? Cracked engine block on a 2006 with 129,000 miles! Since it’s conveniently out of warranty extension, American Honda will do nothing. Arrowhead offered $1000 cost to us to replace block, then pulled that and said Friends and Family discount at a cost of $3,400. On a 2006 civic? Not worth it. We would have paid the $1000 to fix block only. All that was needed. This great car is garbage and we are out money. After the bait and switch from this dealership, I would never buy from them. We’ve previously bought four Honda’s from Arrowhead Honda. Looks like the fam loves Toyota now. Hope lost business was worth it! More
