Steve got me in there immediately, took care of the problem and even arranged rides home and back with Marty (a very nice man), When I returned to the dealership, the paperwork was ready and Steve had me on my way so quickly, I appreciate this from a car dealership. Unlike Bell Honda, they did not have salesman calling ahead of time to try to get me to buy a new car, Very rude and nasty sales manager. Thank you Steve, and Arrowhead Honda. You are the only Honda dealership I will work with from now on. More

Bought a 2006 Honda Civic in 2013 for our son. A month after buying, we received a warranty extension on engine block cracking. We were sick over it, and angry that Arrowhead Honda didn’t disclose; as it after buying, we received a warranty extension on engine block cracking. We were sick over it, and angry that Arrowhead Honda didn’t disclose; as it was an issue since 2010. Arrowhead Honda assured us that any issues would be taken care of. Fast forward December 18, 2019. Guess what? Cracked engine block on a 2006 with 129,000 miles! Since it’s conveniently out of warranty extension, American Honda will do nothing. Arrowhead offered $1000 cost to us to replace block, then pulled that and said Friends and Family discount at a cost of $3,400. On a 2006 civic? Not worth it. We would have paid the $1000 to fix block only. All that was needed. This great car is garbage and we are out money. After the bait and switch from this dealership, I would never buy from them. We’ve previously bought four Honda’s from Arrowhead Honda. Looks like the fam loves Toyota now. Hope lost business was worth it! More

Ask and it shall be answered I was coming back from the airport when my engine light came on. It blinked all the way home. Monday I called to get an appointment to get it checked I was coming back from the airport when my engine light came on. It blinked all the way home. Monday I called to get an appointment to get it checked and was able to get it in to see if it was a critical issue. On way to the dealership...no light. They checked the car over and found some things that needed to be changed but not critical so made appointment to get the work done after the 1st of the year. Steve was great and answered all my questions and made the appointment right then. More

I was also pleased and impressed with Daniel who initially reached out to me about coming in for service. The remodel of the area was very nicely done. The free coffee in the waiting area was quite good,and I have even forgiven the empty pastry case! Note... When completing this review, the sales department also popped up, so I did also rate Moe, as he initially sold me my car, and I consider him a friend forever, though I did not see him at this visit. I was unable to remove the sales department section from this review. More
