I was coming back from the airport when my engine light came on. It blinked all the way home. Monday I called to get an appointment to get it checked

Monday I called to get an appointment to get it checked and was able to get it in to see if it was a critical issue. On way to the dealership...no light. They checked the car over and found some things that needed to be changed but not critical so made appointment to get the work done after the 1st of the year. Steve was great and answered all my questions and made the appointment right then.

I attempted to give Steve reviews on two prior visits, but was never able to, so please accept this as three reviews of excellent! I was also pleased and impressed with Daniel who initially reached out to me about coming in for service. The remodel of the area was very nicely done. The free coffee in the waiting area was quite good,and I have even forgiven the empty pastry case!
Note... When completing this review, the sales department also popped up, so I did also rate Moe, as he initially sold me my car, and I consider him a friend forever, though I did not see him at this visit. I was unable to remove the sales department section from this review.

I suspected a problem with the idle...when I stopped for traffic, the car would vibrate and it felt like it was going to shut down. The a/c did not appear to be cooling the vehicle as it should and I had found a slight oil drop under the car in my garage.
The service department listened to me while I explained my reason for being there and made the necessary repairs. I was able to pick up my vehicle later that day and everything was running very well.
The service dept. offered to take me home and pick me up but I had made arrangements prior to my visit and did not need the additional service offered.
Also, Nicholas Petito originally sold us the vehicle and he saw us drive up and came out to greet us and when we came back to pick up our vehicle, Nicholas walked over and walked us up to the service department, since it was our first time to take the vehicle into the dealership.
I'm just so impressed by the service that Honda offers.
