Smooth and effortless experience. Great dealership, from the owners to the sales personnel and everyone in between. Chris Fitzgerald was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Chris gave a great tutorial of the vehicle and its systems after the purchase was complete. Steve Close was great and very helpful in finalizing the deal. Very grateful for an effortless experience in a process that tends to be painful. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle. More

I was looking for a good first car for my daughter and found it listed for a good price at Malouf Ford. I reached out to the dealership via email to inquire about the vehicle and promptly received a call from Steve Close. I arranged to visit the dealership to check out the vehicle and upon my arrival was welcomed and taken to Steve who set me up with Jim Lennon to take the car for a test drive. Jim was very personable and a pleasure to work with. It was a good shopping experience and my daughter loves the car. I stopped short of rating the dealership as excellent, only because the nature of the transaction didn't lend itself to getting a feeling for the total shopping experience at Malouf Ford. More

What an incredible experience. Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in- Wow. Greatest car buying experience I've ever had, and probably ever will because I don't know how they can possibly out-do themselves. My father-in-law did all the leg work in making this deal happen. He originally went to the dealership where my wife's car was leased and talked numbers. He then left that dealership and drove further to Malouf just to compare prices. Malouf was so welcoming, upfront, and transparent. My father-in-law (who worked in the industry post retirement for a few years) could not believe the numbers Malouf offered us on a new lease. It blew the other dealer out of the water. But that's not all. They did so many other things to go out of their way to make our experience a great one (too many to list.) Don Brown is a phenomenal Sales Manager. Genuinely pleasant-no fake sales BS here. And Chris Fitzgerald absolutely shocked me with how knowledgeable he was with the new 'techy' features of the car. It was as if he's demonstrated how to operate the console gadgets thousands of times! Finance Manager Charlie was also extremely efficient. Sales Manager Steven Close was also involved and very friendly. I will definitely be going out of my way to purchase my future vehicles from here. I had such a great experience that I told 20 people so far at my organization how great Malouf was. Outstanding job Ford Malouf! More

Second time's a charm! About 2 yrs ago, I purchased a used Mercury Mariner from Malouf Ford. As expected, I invested some money in the car but I still have it and it runs v About 2 yrs ago, I purchased a used Mercury Mariner from Malouf Ford. As expected, I invested some money in the car but I still have it and it runs very well. In October I was in the market again because the lease on my 2013 Ford Edge was coming to an end.. I looked around locally in Brooklyn, NY, including other makes, but didn't find the right fit. I then checked Malouf's online inventory and saw a 2016 Edge I liked. I contacted Malouf via email. Salesman Steve Close called me within an hour of my email inquiry. Steve confirmed that the car still was on site and I arranged a test drive, A few days later, Salesman Frank Colonna showed me the car and we test drove it. The 2016 Edge SEL with the Ecoboost engine fit the bill. We negotiated some, coming to lease terms that were acceptable. I also discovered that Ford was offering a no-penalty, early return program for leases with 3 or less months remaining. Since that was my case, we closed the deal. A day or so later, I returned to turn in the 2013 and take the 2016 Edge. However, on the ride home, my wife noticed a small tear in the passenger side of the dashboard. After getting home, I examined it and found it was indeed a small tear/puncture. Let me cut to the chase here - I notified Malouf of the problem and they immediately said they would do what is necessary to correct the problem. A few days later I returned to Malouf and was met by an upholstery mechanic. He initially expressed some concern about making a good repair, but his concerns were unfounded. After about 45 mins work, the problem was satisfactorily resolved. I encountered the following personnel at Malouf: Steve Close, Frank Collona, Dino Jr. and Dino Sr. Gemgnani. Each of these folks were courteous and professional. Let's face it, no one actually enjoys the car buying experience. It's sort of like trekking through the jungle without a machete. But my two experiences at Malouf were fairly pleasant and I won't hesitate to visit them again when the need arises. I gave Malouf a 4 star overall rating because we feel that the damage should have been noticed and repaired before the car was released to us. In this case, initial quality control could have been better. More

Unexpected Surprise! AN HONEST REVIEW! We are mature car buyers, looking for something affordable, safe, reliable. We were not looking for a Ford, but, after an exhaustiv AN HONEST REVIEW! We are mature car buyers, looking for something affordable, safe, reliable. We were not looking for a Ford, but, after an exhaustive online search, on a whim we decided to pull into Malouf Ford. We had no reference, no experience with this dealership. We were pleasantly surprised from the start to finish. Our salesperson, Marlo, was our biggest champion. The finance office, explained each form clearly. No gimmicks, no surprise last minute add-ons or additional charges. We drove off in our brand new car and couldn't be happier! We thank Malouf for making a nerve-wracking process, painless. I am an actual customer (purchased 6/9/16), and will be a repeat Malouf Ford customer! More

My son and I let them know what car he was interested in and our budget and they had cars for us to test drive. We picked one and they had it to us in a day! They answered all our questions promptly and made everything so easy! Sam Iskander made the financial part easy to understand and stress free. We got the best price and excellent service. I will take my daughter there when she turns 17. More
