We also worked with Steve while waiting for Rick to finish up with another customer and Steve was excellent as well! Excellent experience with the sales staff. My only concern was in the appraisal of our trade in. The appraiser stated that our trade in would need a new left front tire and that is why the appraisal was a little lower than expected. We just had new tires put on the car 2 weeks prior at Zeck (before we decided to trade it in-bad timing!) so I would definitely caution people about the integrity of the appraiser. However, once we pointed that out, they changed the offer. More

Steve did a wonderful job at picking out a SUV that met our critiria without going over budget! And there was no pressure! (Unlike another local dealer that shall remain nameless; that was a horrifying experience). Steve went above and beyone to make sure my husband and I were happy with our "new to us" purchase. I rate quality of repairs "average" because our engine light did come on the next day or purchase. We took it in Monday. It had something to do with the turbo. They cleared the code. It was fine for a week. Took it in for a follow-up check up following weekend. Everything was still fine. But now our check engine light is on again! SUV is running fine and we have an appoimoment for this coming weekend, hopefully the last in ateast a while! More
