I have bought quite a few vehicles over the last ten years, from many dealership This was the best dealership experience that I have ever experienced. I have bought quite a few vehicles over the last ten years, from many dealerships, and this was by far the easiest experience I have ever had. When we arrived at the dealership and got out of the vehicle there were not 20 lot lizards trying to force us to buy. Steve was awesome from the beginning. We had predetermined the vehicle that we wanted to look at and Steve got it immediately and took us on a test drive. After driving the vehicle we knew we wanted to look at another vehicle from another dealer before purchasing. At no time did we feel pressure to buy. We spent less then 10 minutes at the other dealership before returning to Zeck. We told Steve that we had only a little bit of time because of previous commitment, ROYALS PLAYOFF GAME, and they gave us the key to the vehicle and told us they would get the paperwork ready and we could come back later. When doing the paperwork we continued to received TOP NOTCH service by everybody. Many salesman and finance personnel came up to us just to talk about the Royals game. Steve brought my two young boys multiple bags of popcorn and free water and my boys really enjoyed the free WIFI. All in all, the best experience I have ever had. We will most definitely be back. More
