Shottenkirk Honda kept us aware of latest and greatest models regularly via email. Terrion Crutcher greeted us in the parking lot. Terrion seemed to know this vehicle inside out (as expected of sales personnel!) and has made himself available if we have any questions or issues. He didn't even scream from the backseat as my wife test drove the car. No question was stupid. Would like to acknowledge the young lady at the front desk. She is perfect greeter personality with a welcoming smile to be the face of the dealership! Steve Morrison made the money side of the purchase ALMOST painless (by ALMOST, I mean it is hard to write a check for over 20K). But it wasn't Steve Damon. Micah Daniels recognized us from prior purchases we have made through Jerry Damson dealership both at the Bob Wallace location and the University location. He came to greet us BEFORE we even made the decision to purchase!!!! The University service department is awesome BUT we live in South Huntsville and prefer the convenience of the Bob Wallace service site and hope it continues to operate. Right now, we would ONLY purchase HONDA and Shottenkirk is the show in town! More

Despite being a good salesman, I didn’t feel pressured into it; he simply made me want it. The negotiation process and financing process were simple and efficient. Overall, the dealership had a professional appearance, and the detailing job was phenomenal.
