We dropped of our daughters car for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that she is moving to Memphis and we wanted to assure that everything was running properly and current with all services. tire rotation. Great experience until the end after the purchase. Simple and easy buying and trade in process, helped immediately, but when the shop finished cleaning up the car, we watched them drop the key off ins Simple and easy buying and trade in process, helped immediately, but when the shop finished cleaning up the car, we watched them drop the key off inside and no one picked it up. Our salesman had actually left the dealership to deal with something, and we were just told to wait on him. We had been there over three hours at this point, so we had to find someone else to take our trade in key and get the key to our new car after waiting another 30 mins for the salesman to return. We understand multitasking while our car is being prepped, but having to wait an extra half hour (or more if we hadn’t been diligent) AFTER the car is ready because the man is just MIA is wild. More
