We sat down and agreed on a deal which ended up being after closing time. The General Sales Manager, Ed Whiffen, repeatedly reminded us that they had closed 20-30 min ago (extremely unprofessional). At the end of the night due to them closing, we left off as the salesman would call me back the following day. The salesman never called me back and then went on vacation. I went back the following weekend to complete the deal, with another sales man, and the Sales manager Steve DeSetto told me the price I was getting it for was no longer an option. The price had increased more than $3,000!!! I then asked how could that be? if it was on paper? He then said If thats the price I was getting then I should have taken that day. However that wasn't an option because Ed Whiffen wanted to leave and the salesman was supposed to contact me the next day!! Due to their lack of customer service and eagerness to leave, I was unable to purchase the car and now they try saying its my fault?! Basically calling me a liar. I DO NOT recommend this dealer to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. I have never heard of a dealership conducting this type of horrible service. Very disappointed. More

East Hills sets a high bar I came in to lease the new Chrysler Pacifica. I live in Queens but came to this location based on the great google review scores. It was a smart mov I came in to lease the new Chrysler Pacifica. I live in Queens but came to this location based on the great google review scores. It was a smart move. I had a great experience right off the bat with East Hills. The price they offered seemed great, it turned out to be better than I thought as 3 other dealerships couldn't match (or come close). My salesman Ivan Rosa found both the color, trim level, and configuration I asked for within 5 days of walking in. Leasing agent Mike Thomas closed the deal like a pro. I would absolutely come back and recommend East Hills to anyone interested in a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product. More

I will be back next November to lease another jeep when my other jeep lease is up. This makes the third jeep that I've leased from East Hills Jeep. They've got my business. No need to go anywhere else. More

From their incredibly welcoming front staff to their managers and service writer (Kevin Chang) I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Kevin Chang informed me multiple times a day on my truck progress and was dead on accurate on when I would receive my truck back. Loaner car was provided until the work on my truck was completed. Service and repairs performed exceeded my expectations, I'm extremely happy I chose Easthills Chrysler/jeep and would recommended it to everyone!! More
