I decided to see what the Costco pricing was all about and they referred me to Bianca and Steve Denson at Hamer Toyota. The deal was way better than I expected without the upsell hassles for things I did not need. Thanks to Steve and Bianca I was able to purchase the exact car I needed with no hassle or hustle making it worth purchasing a new vehicle instead of a used one. Bianca and Steve were great and even helped me get a great deal on some accesories a few days later. I hope to bring my wife in to Steve and Bianca soon for her next car. Excellent customer support - a great car buying experience I wanted a Prius and went through TrueCar. Steve and Bianca contacted me immediately through e-mail and I drove one that night. I closed on the TrueC I wanted a Prius and went through TrueCar. Steve and Bianca contacted me immediately through e-mail and I drove one that night. I closed on the TrueCar price with Steve at that time but unfortunately Hamer didn't have the color I wanted in-stock. Steve gave me a range of dates that the car I wanted would be delivered that was accurate. They kept me informed of the status of delivery that turned out to be one week later. I set up an appointment and the car was prepped and gassed when I got there. Minimum time to go through the paperwork and I was driving away. Truly a hassle free car buying experience. More

Best car buying experience ever Found the car I wanted on True Car, called Steve on a Saturday he gave me the out of pocket price over the phone. I buy a couple of cars per year and I know how the industry works. I had a bad experience with Hamer before regarding a car I was interested in purchasing. A few months later, I was looking for another car for our company and I decided to give Hamer a shot again. I was really looking for a sales manager or director to deal with since I really dont have time for the whole salesman crap that takes the whole day. I shop online and come in when there is a deal on the table and I was very lucky that Steve was the person who answered my online inquiry. He gave me a straight forward quote and being a bargain hunter I also looked around to see if anyone else offered a better deal and all I got were sour replies from other managers who couldn't beat Steve's pricing. So I went ahead and got the car from Steve and he is genuinely a great person and really is the definition of hassle free car buying. I was in and out in about 2 hours. If you want a Toyota or Scion then Steve is the guy to talk to. Thank again Steve, you'll be hearing from my referrals. More

I called him 10 minutes before my arrival and he welcomed me into his office without hesitation. My wife and I told him exactly what we were looking for and what our situation was in trading another vehicle in. Steve was totally transparent with the price and the trade in and there was no haggling or hidden costs associated with the deal. Bianca quickly located our new Toyota and had it detailed and gassed up quickly. The finance guy, Zain, made it quick and explained every detail of my contract thoroughly.
