Because of experiences like the one I had before I went to see Steve Denson at Hamer. I was at Keyes Toyota on Van Nuys and went through all the old stock BS that give car salesmen a bad name. Insulting quotes that assume the buyer is an uninformed ignoramus. The old, "I'm going to have to ask my manager about this price" baloney. Me being frustrated and annoyed and walking out the door only for the salespeople to stop me halfway to my car with "wonderful news" about how the manager just added extra incentives. How about doing business the way Steve Denson does it at Hamer? He's respectful, direct, honest and caring. He wants you to have a great buying experience that will keep you coming back and spreading the word. He knows if you enjoy it, you'll be back. Repeat Business! That's what Hamer will have from me, and Keyes will never again. Also, big shout out to Bianca, Steve's assistant who also helped elevate the experience with her kind manor and expertise. More
