Steve was very professional and went over all of the new features since we already have an '08 Prius. Even though Steve and his team couldn't get us out less than hour; they now hold the new world record of fastest car dealer transaction by getting us in and out of a dealership in,..an hour and twenty minutes. There wasn't any hidden fees, dealer markups or follow-on sale pressure for warranties, etc.... Just the deal, the finance, the car. I will do business again with them.
