I went on to the Hamer website, saw they had an Internet special on the Prius 3, so I called and scheduled an appointment with Steve to come in and look at the Prius. When I came in Marylou took me to look at the Prius, the test drive was pleasant enough, but after that everything else was unpleasant. We went in to discuss price, I showed them the Internet special that I had printed out, and they said they didn't have a car that matched the exact Prius I wanted, which was a base Prius 3. They told me they had a Prius 3 with the solar panel and Performance Package, but that also had a bumper guard, paint guard, and some other BS sounding stuff. I told them I just wanted the base like the special had listed, and that did not please them, they immediately got defensive saying that Prius was the only one they had, and that if I didn't like it, I should take my buisness else where, so now, I'm going to do exactly that. More

We had a very pleasant car buying experience once again at Hamer. The staff is extremely polite and very friendly. Russ was very patient with us and helped us to understand every aspect of the financing. Steve was also very helpful and was very pleasant to deal with. I don't know about the other sales or finance personnel but I would certainly rate Russ Kustrosky and Steve Denson as two of the finest you have to offer and would highly recommend them to anyone I know of who is in the market for a car. We have had the pleasure of dealing with these two in the past and will hopefully will continue to in the future. More

I never would've thought that buying a car could be as easy as it was. I was happily and surprisingly stunned that this didn't occur. From my initial phone call until I drove off the lot, Steve Denson guided me through the entire process. Never once did he try to fit me into a car. I knew what I wanted and Steve made sure he would see me get precisely that. Not only did I find the car but i got it at the right price and it only took a few hours. I couldn't have imagined that from a phone call to Hamer in the morning, I'd be literally in the driver's seat by the afternoon. Since my purchase a few weeks ago, Steve and the Hamer Family have kept in close contact with me to make sure I'm happy and satisfied with my Toyota. It's not just good business, it's great business.
