Steve Denson emailed me back right away and accepted my offer without going back and forth on the price or haggling. When I arrived to the dealership, Steve Denson was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was not pushy or intimidating with his specialized knowledge but he answered all my questions patiently in a way I could understand. He was not trying to persuade me to purchase the car which many dealers do and it is very annoying. He just provided information and gave me the space to make my own decisions. While I was there, I received a call from another dealership who promised a better price. Steve did not make me feel bad for wasting his time but said that no dealership would be able to offer me a better deal than his. And he was right. The other dealerships just lead me on with false numbers that they ended up not honoring. So, I returned to Steve to finally buy the car. He continued with the same level of professionalism.
