Not to throw shade at the car sales industry but it can be hard to find a solid human being let alone find someone that you keep coming back to almost 30 years later. Steve sold my family our first Toyota be hard to find a solid human being let alone find someone that you keep coming back to almost 30 years later. Steve sold my family our first Toyota back in 1994 when I was only 10 years old and we haven't missed a replacement vehicle since. I can't say enough about this guys character and willingness to go the extra mile to get you exactly what you need within your means. We haven't been the easiest customer in terms of our demands and expectations but Steve manages to exceed those every single time we come to him with a request. He makes the process exceedingly easy, I have to stop myself for coming up with reasons to purchase a vehicle or send family and friends in his direction. Hopefully he stays for years to come so I can keep coming back to him but I also want him to be able to retire in peace at some stage too.
