I came across Steve's rating and decided to give him a shot. I sent an email to him and he responded with in a few hours. After we exchanged some messages, I booked an appointment. Steve gave me a link to their online inventory and picked my car that I desired. The experience felt streamed line and easy. After doing the necessary paper work I was done, and got the key. I hear stories where it takes forever at the dealership, but with Steve it was so smooth and quick, he means business but in a charismatic straightforward way.
