Although I love that car, I know it won't last forever, so when I was in the market for a newer Toyota I contacted Steve again. I was really happy to see that he still worked there. Steve works with your budget, and won't push vehicles on you that you don't want or need. I only buy used, and Steve respects that, never trying to steer me toward a new vehicle. He's professional and easy to work with. I"d highly recommend him and Hamer Toyota to anyone who's looking for a good quality car and pleasant buying experience. There was not haggling just fair pricing. From the time I first spoke to Steve in the morning, until we met in the afternoon, until I brought my wife (would be her car) later, everything was upfront and pleasant. What a lucky find! I have bought five Toyotas so far in life and have had a "guy" at my local dealership---regretfully my "guy" is no longer working at Toyota and needed I have bought five Toyotas so far in life and have had a "guy" at my local dealership---regretfully my "guy" is no longer working at Toyota and needed a new person to sell me a car. I happened to call Hamer and the receptionist sent me directly to Steve and I am so lucky that she did. He was very friendly and helpful there was no pressure to close the deal and he was honest and transparent. These are qualities that I always look for and why I had bought give cars previously from my "guy" at Toyota. I can see Steve becoming my "guy" for my next Toyota.
