Steve Difiore is the best at what he does. I consider myself rather informed, I think most of us are, especially when we're looking to buy a particular car. We invest hours online researching this and that. I have to say, Steve really knows his cars. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions but he provided me information and answers to questions I hadn't anticipated. I test drove three different candidate vehicles. I was comparing details and Steve was very patient and professional. I wasn't leasing or buying new but he treated me and my wife with respect and as valued clients. Steve has been consistent with his level of professionalism over the years. I tend to buy CPO and hold on to my cars for a while. I'm on my third now and from the beginning, when in for regular maintenance or whatever, if Steve saw me, he knew and addressed me by name. Regarding the CPO car I did end up buying, Steve personally buffed out some light scratches on the center console and touched up a very small paint chip on the hood. The car, inside and out, looked like new. Talk about going the extra mile. Which leads me to another worthy mention. The service department has treated us as valued clients as well. My cars were always cleaned and washed no matter how small the issue. If needed, a courtesy car was provided, no hassle. Steve Difiore and Luther Inifniti get it. They do it right and I'm a customer for life. More

Steve was very well informed on the vehicle features and took time to go thru the lease process (1st time leasing) as well as any other questions I had. I never felt rushed and both the Service personnel (Lance) and Finance personnel (Sheryl) were accommodating and felt like you were important to them. I would recommend working with Steve and buying a vehicle at Luther Infiniti! More

From the beginning when we first stepped into the infinit dealership, he was committed and understood what we were looking for in a car. Steve went the actual mile to communicate to us about the vehicle, and had the patience to deal with us, and God knows we are not easy to please people. After a few months Steve found us the right car!!! Then when my wife found some things she didnt like about the car after the sale....(small things)...Steve was right on top of it and communicated to us and made arrangements to fix the issue. We buy and trade cars all the time, and have had plenty of experience with dealerships and no question..... we will call Steve again!!! If management reads this ....please keep Steve happy you need him in your dealership!! Five stars from us....Thanks Steve for stellar performance!!! And we love our new car!!! More

Smooth and easy process! I dealt with Brad over the phone and in person over a couple day period and was very impressed with him. When we got to the dealership, the front desk contacted Brad and Steve to let them know we were there. We never sat down and waited, but were greeted and the vehicle was brought up to test drive. Talking with Brad was easy and like we had known him for years. The paperwork was quick, easy and explained well. We were in and out with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and look there myself in the future. More

Excellent Service My wife and I just finished trading in my 2011 Infiniti G37Xs and her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and 2018 Infiniti Q60. We work My wife and I just finished trading in my 2011 Infiniti G37Xs and her 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 Infiniti Q50 and 2018 Infiniti Q60. We worked with Steve from start to finish and to say he was excellent would be an understatement. I originally reached out to Steve and told him what we were looking for. We stopped by later that day and he had the vehicles we wanted to test drive cleaned up and waiting for us - which was very important as we have an 18 month old daughter who was with us. During our test drives, our daughter was able to eat snacks and walk around the showroom. Steve answered every question we had and never once tried to pressure us into buying something else. After our test drives, we crunched numbers, valued our trades ins, and worked everything out. It was straightforward, honest, and a pleasure to deal with him. As we were test driving late in the day on Saturday, we scheduled our pick-up for the following Monday. When we came to the dealership, Steve walked us through our new vehicles, answered every question we had, and got us on our way. I would highly recommend Steve - he was knowledgeable, honest, a pleasure to work with, and made the whole experience comfortable! More

I've purchased a few ca Steve Difiore and his staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best-used car buying experience that we've ever had. I've purchased a few cars from various dealers before and this experience has topped them all. We came in an hour before close one day a couple weeks ago(Feb 2018) and the front desk staff was prompt and quickly able to get us to a sales representative. We worked with Steve for about an hour that night going over their used car selections, talking through the pre-certified used car process as well as getting to view and test drive one of their vehicles. Of course, the Infiniti nearly sold itself from the test drive experience but having Steve there on the ride along was very helpful. He had a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle and could speak about specifics to the engine as well as different trim models and features, even on the different years of the vehicle. He was able to show off the perks of the vehicle and get you to see them for yourself. He inspired confidence in the test drive to really see how the car performed in its different modes as well as different situations. Often times you feel held back in test driving the vehicle for simply not wanting to step boundaries with the salesmen. The car purchase took a couple days due to our schedule for when we could get back in and finalize the paperwork. Steve was there every step of the way and was very prompt and responsive to any questions that we had. Even after the purchase was made Steve checked in a couple days after to make sure everything was working out well. We also received a great value on our trade-in which made the buying experience that much easier for us. I've been back a few times to gather items from my old car that I had missed as well as getting to see one of their Q50's with a Stillen Exhaust package. All of the interactions I've had so far with their team have been fantastic. I will be hard pressed to buy from another dealer again after the experience I received at Luther Infiniti. More
