Dont stand by there work Had my Buick in 3 times and couldn't get proper diagnosis charged me every time to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. Unfortun Had my Buick in 3 times and couldn't get proper diagnosis charged me every time to fix a problem that should have been fixed the first time. Unfortunately they don't know how to fix there own cars and Steve had a nasty attitude blaming it on the place I bought the car from. My question is do you or don't you fix Buicks stop saying it's some kind of snowballl effect to get more money out of your clients and Steve called this a problem car while it has there name on it and they have been sevicing it for years who's the problem here. More
