My first great new car buying experience Wow, car buying has changed. We reached out to David Dodge on Thursday by e-mail because we knew people who had used them in the past. David the owner actually responded to my e-mail that day and helped answer all of the questions i had. I wanted a specific Jeep and Brian F. tracked it down for me from New Jersey. We arranged to go and pick it up on Saturday and I was in and out quickly. ( My kids were watching sports on the TV in the lounge and we were done before the game hit halftime.) So in less than 48 hours, I got the Jeep we wanted, I got a better deal then offered by any of the other dealers and the financing rate beat what my bank offered me. It was truly an Awesome experience. Oh and while we going thru all the details about the Jeep with Brian, he had a second team member, Steve E. help get all the Bluetooth and electronics squared away for all the phones and electronics. Needless to say my kids and wife love the Jeep.. Thank you. More

She introduced herself and asked for my name and ushered me over to a Jeep I wanted to inspect. A couple of minutes later Steve Ellis came over and introduced himself and called me by name. At this point I knew I was in a squared away dealership. I had not intended to buy a new vehicle on the day I entered David Dodge, I was not even driving the vehicle I intended to use as a trade-in. Steve put me at ease, which is hard to do when I am new car shopping and got me a no nonsense, hassle-free quote for a new car and for my trade-in vehicle, sight unseen. It was a deal I could not resist, and with the help of Jan in the business office, the deal was completed in record time. I am over seventy years old, and with the help of Steve and the staff at David Dodge, I can honestly say this was the most professional, pleasant, stress free new car purchase I have ever made. I forgot to mention that Steve spent a good deal of time giving me instructions in how to operate my new Jeep. I will of course pass along my great experience at David Dodge to all my friends.
