After my purchase, I discovered a manufacturing defect in the tailgate that clearly occurred at the factory. Arlington Acura service took excellent care with my warranty repair for my 2023 MDX. Starting with the service manager Sean, he gave me assurances they would take care of my repair. Steve coordinated the body rebuild of the tailgate through the regional Honda service manager, then coordinated repairs at the shop. Another repair was needed afterwards and Steve was on it. Hats off to the Arlington crew, making me one happy customer!

My only issue (and why 4 vs 5 stars) was that the dealership now makes you use a debit card, or incur the credit card surcharge myself (I expect a quality auto dealer to not pass that on to the customer).
