Nobody likes to have to take their car in for service ! I had to have one of my vehicles towed into the Griffin dealership. The people in parts and service departments made it easy. Christian is wonderful to work with! I really enjoyed working with Christian for my oil, air filter and cabin air filter changes. I had a warranty issue with my extended warranty and she spent a Ton of time on the phone working to get it covered. She when was having issues getting through to them Freddy jumped in without hesitation also making many phone calls to rectify and solve the issue to ensure my new vehicle was taken care of!!!
