Great Service and Great Support! I purchased my first Ferrari 6 months ago from Boardwalk Ferrari and I am very pleased with service I've received. Excellent as always Excellent service. My battery had died and Boardwalk Ferrari sent over a mechanic to first change the battery but when they couldn't get to it in my Excellent service. 456M Motor Mounts, Valve Cover Gaskets, Electrical updates We want to especially thank the staff of the service department at Boardwalk Ferrari; especially Service Advisor Paul Frey, Service Director Steve For We want to especially thank the staff of the service department at Boardwalk Ferrari; especially Service Advisor Paul Frey, Service Director Steve Fordham, and the service technicians, for the work that was recently completed on our 456M GTA. Some of the work was certainly not easy to do. We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness that our car received. When we picked up the car there was no evidence that it had been worked on. No fingerprints, no grease spots, nothing loose, nothing out of place. Actually, just perfect. The Boardwalk service department went way beyond what we could have expected, anticipated, or probably deserved. We sincerely appreciate their work, their respect, and the special attention that they showed to us and our car. Also, thank you for the invoice notebook, the pencil, and James May’s pencil article. Our experience was exceptional and the drive home was great. More

Excellent service Recently I had my car service for a faulty air conditioning unit. I took the car in in the morning and Paul Frey called about 3 PM saying the car was Recently I had my car service for a faulty air conditioning unit. I took the car in in the morning and Paul Frey called about 3 PM saying the car was finished. When I picked it up the A/C was blowing cold air and the bill was exactly as Steve Fordham had estimated. The mechanic that worked on the car even came out to talk to me about the A/C unit and what was done to repair it. In addition I would like to add if you need your car detailed you need to talk to Quentin Forge he is excellent. He has done my car a couple of times and the results are always spectacular! More
