Steve has a tremendous customer service principal. He has always gone the extra step to make sure that my experience with his shop is beyond my expectations. I need some new tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle and I had worked with Steve Fordham at a previous dealership, so I asked if he could help me. Steve and the team at Boardwalk Ferrari did an outstan and I had worked with Steve Fordham at a previous dealership, so I asked if he could help me. Steve and the team at Boardwalk Ferrari did an outstanding job taking care of my vehicle to protect the very expensive carbon ceramic rotors while swapping the tires. They also made my father and I feel very welcome by showing us the coffee/drink bar and their lounge area with very nice leather couches and a big screen TV. I was actually a little disappointed when they told me the vehicle was ready as I was enjoying myself just hanging out. I have to say that is a first for me, wanting to stay LONGER for a service visit. More

I came to Steve looking for some help getting an aftermarket suspension installed on my car. Steve was able to quickly schedule me based on my availability while beating other quotes I'd received fo aftermarket suspension installed on my car. Steve was able to quickly schedule me based on my availability while beating other quotes I'd received for the same labor. I was promptly met at the Service department, and warmly greeted. We reviewed the work to be done, and while we wrapped up the details my coutesy driver was waiting for me. The driver was friendly and engaging, and got me back to my house safely. Later the same day I was informed my car was ready on time. Check out was easy, and my car was returned to me complete, clean, and in the same condition I left it. All in all the visit was a very positive one, and I look forward to calling on Steve and his team in the future for my service needs. More

Brian, the business manager, carefully explained all the purchasing and trade paperwork, and is always patient and transparent. Steve Fordham and Quentin Forge in Service ensured all my dealer options were taken care of, and the car was in perfect condition for delivery. The GM, Shad Warren, and New Car Sales Manager, Enver Kaba, also stayed in touch to ensure the whole experience was excellent. The team at Boardwalk is world class like the cars they sell. More
