Sales rep (Steve) was easy to talk to, listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something. Found one we were interested , handed us the keys and told us to take it for a drive. Fe we were looking for and didn't try to sell us on something. Found one we were interested , handed us the keys and told us to take it for a drive. Felt like the trade-in offer on our vehicle was pretty low but were able to agree to an acceptable trade difference. Was not happy with the finance person trying to convince me to finance the trade difference instead of paying cash. This was my first dealing with James Wood dealership but if another vehicle is somewhere in my future, they will definitely get an opportunity to sell me one. More
