Very customer focused. We felt welcomed coming into the dealership, enjoyed the free water and popcorn, we had multiple sales people offering things to make us feel comfort We felt welcomed coming into the dealership, enjoyed the free water and popcorn, we had multiple sales people offering things to make us feel comfortable. We were not ready to buy the car that same day because of pricing agreements. But then the general manager called us after we left and we were able to negotiate the actual sale. More

Steve was highly knowledgeable and made car ownership an enjoyable process (even with 2 little babies in tow!)
