I was forced to use a bank with an interest rate 2% higher than the rate I was able to find on my own. I would give them zero stars for that reason but bumped it to two stars because Steve was so wonderful. More

I did not authorize work that was done anyway. I was informed my alternator was bad. It was retested at a different garage and it is fine. This was my second terrible experience with this dealer.
