I went into Valley Honda to look at the 2013 Honda Accord LX. I knew I wanted the base model and nothing higher. Steve Grady greeted me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him I'm looking LX. I knew I wanted the base model and nothing higher. Steve Grady greeted me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him I'm looking at the Accord LX and he offered a test drive, during which he explained to me the major features of the car. After the test drive we went in and played the game that you play at all dealerships for a few minutes, going back and forth. I received a price that I was happy with and then went to another dealer to compare, just to put my mind at ease that it was a fair price. That dealer couldn't beat Valley Honda's price. I came back later that afternoon and purchased the car. Steve has a great personality and is fun to work with. He called me later that night to let me know that I left my village sticker on my old car that I traded in and asked if I needed it. I recommend Valley Honda to anybody looking for a new Honda. Also, their service department is terrific. I had my other car serviced there for the last couple years and I'll continue going there to have my new car serviced. All in all they're a very professional dealership and the place is pristine. Huge layout, clean, big screen TVs, computers, comfortable chairs, and even a playroom for kids. More

My son bought his first car at Valley and the whole experience was excellent. We got a great price on a 2010 Honday Civic Hybrid and a very reasonable financing deal. It looks like a great place to hang out for no reason at all! We highly recommend Steve Grady. Couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable salesperson. More

We were able to contact Steve via the computer. (Actually Steve contacted us when we did a search.) We were given a quote and able to do the credit check online. When we contacted Steve about the Civic he informed us that he would meet with us at anytime. When we went to the dealer Steve met us immediately and the car was ready for us to test drive. After the test drive we signed all the approppriate papers and financing paperwork. Steve showed us all the buttons and bows and we were out the door. Steve contacted us the next day to make sure we were happy. He has contacted us several times to make sure we are happy and has given us the "Whose Who" list of everyone at Valley Honda. This is the second Civic we have bought from Valley. We are very happy with the service and feel that if there are any problems or questions we can contact Steve and he will take care of us. Steve, We had a wonderful experience with our Odyssey Steve, We had a wonderful experience with our Odyssey purchase last Thursday (July 7) and I just wanted to express my gratitude in an e-mail. Be Steve, We had a wonderful experience with our Odyssey purchase last Thursday (July 7) and I just wanted to express my gratitude in an e-mail. Because we don't have any family nearby that can baby sit our 19-month old son, we don't have easy access to baby sitters on short notice. Hence, we have to take our son with us car shopping which makes things more complicated since he can often be cantankerous. I want to note all the good things you did as it will help Valley Honda better serve its customers: 1. Diligently worked with me via e-mail to find the Odyssey that best fit our needs.This minimized time in the dealership. 2. Once we had chosen the Odyssey model, negotiated the sale price over e-mail. Again, minimizing the time in dealership. 3. Had us fill out as required paper work prior to getting to the dealership. 4. Once we showed up at the dealership, you let *each* of us test drive the Odyssey and thoroughly described all its features and showed us the color options. 5. You went as far as offering to work out of the kids room so we can get the paperwork completed while being mindful of my son's needs. 6. Many things to make us feel at home, like offering us a beverage. 7. Made practical suggestions to keep my son entertained, e.g. bring a toy out of the kids room into the main show room. 8. At several points during the sale process, you asked us how we were doing and gave us the option of continuing the process at a later date. I did not feel under any pressure from Valley Honda to complete the transaction in the same day. 9. Came out with me to the parking lot to make sure I got all my personal items out of our trade-in vehicle. Reminded me of common items that are frequently forgotten. 10. Even though it was after official closing hours at Valley Honda, walked us over to our new 2012 Honda Odyssey and made sure it was set-up correctly. In summary, we are very happy with customer service you provided us. The Honda Odyssey was just the family car we were looking for and everybody thinks its fantastic. I will recommend you personally to my work colleagues and I will continue giving Honda Valley my business as long as I live in this area. Have a good rest of the summer. More

We have been having our 2000 Accord serviced at Fox Valley Honda since we bought the car in 2000(from another Honda dealer in the Chicago area) After putting 251,700 miles on the car we decided to trad Valley Honda since we bought the car in 2000(from another Honda dealer in the Chicago area) After putting 251,700 miles on the car we decided to trade and get another car. My wife insisted that it would be another Accord and since she drives it 90% of the time it was only a matter as to what dealer we would deal with. Steve Grady was the salesman that we dealt with and took the hassle out of car buying. He went out of his way to be helpful and quoted us a reasonable price without running back and forth 50 times to the sales manager wasting his time and mine. I will recommend this salesman and dealership to my friends. W.Sattler More
