We have bought two Accords for my wife in the past four years from Valley Honda, the last one being in 2011. When it became my turn to get a new car, I was happy to see that Steve was still working there as I was confident he would treat me with the same courtesy and honesty that he did last year. Your facility is state of the art and based on the service we have received for the Accords, I made the decision to stick with a Honda (Civic) instead of going with "the other H" for my new vehicle. I have owned a variety of cars over my many years, and this is the first time ever that I have bought the same make of car (not to mention from the same dealer) in over 40 years of buying. I may finally have found a car I can rely on and I can stick with. More

Salesman Steve Grady did a terrific job for us. We had to buy a "paper" car. 2012 Odyssey EXL. Having never ordered a car to be manaufactured, I was quite uncomfortable. Having sold cars myself in the 1950's, I have always felt ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to ill at ease in dealing with car salesman when I would purchase a car. Some of them made me feel like I was out of touch with reality when it came to car buying. That is not the case at Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. My son and daughter-in-law bought a new Honda Odyssey in December 2011 and went on and on about Steve Grady, the salesman who sold them the car. My first thought was, "This guy is too good to be true". I found out, everything they said about Steve was true. I never imagined that I would find a car salesman as sincere and honest as Steve. He made me feel like I was the only one who was buying a car from him. Picked us up at the train station, simply explained everything my wife and I asked in detail and most important, he spoke to us honestly. Like all customers, I wanted the "best deal" and Steve provided that. The price steve gave me was way better than seven other dealers I got a quote from. I have never had the experience of visiting a dealership as big, clean and most important, friendly to the customer as Steve Grady and Valley Honda was to us. More
