It's true, they go out of their way to please you! I was in the market for a car but wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy used. I reached out to a family friend, Kelly Simone, Manager of the Exchang I was in the market for a car but wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy used. I reached out to a family friend, Kelly Simone, Manager of the Exchange Program, and explained my situation and what I was thinking. She got to know more of what was important to me, asking questions about options, mileage etc and offered to run some numbers for me. She got back to me the next day and there were several options in my budget. She set me up with an appointment with Salesperson, Katie Gattuso, who was awesome! She was so genuine, funny, personable and down to earth. She listened to me, never pushed and kept to the numbers that Kelly told me initially, no surprises. I test drove an Accord Sport because even with the additional options and max mileage, surprisingly, it was still in my budget! It test drove great and we decided to move forward and get it! I had no idea that I'd be buying a car and getting it that same day! Katie then set me up with Steven, Finance Manager, who was so great to work with. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable throughout the entire shopping/purchasing process. My husband and I brought our 8m old son and when Steven noticed that our son was starting to get fussy he offered for us to do the rest of the paperwork when we return in a few hours to pick up the car to get home for nap time. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, from the other salesmen who stopped to comment on our son to the front desk staff, to the young lady who did our delivery. For the last 9yrs our family has leased Mazdas, well, no more! Hello Mohawk Honda! I can't say enough about Kelly and Katie, they are knowledgeable, personable and honest with a great sense of humor. Excellent at their jobs and great customer service. I've never been so excited to share my car buying experience before, nor have I used the words: enjoyable, not stressful, and smooth to describe going to a dealership to shop for cars. Everyone that we dealt with helped us tremendously. Knowing that we were strapped for time, everything was done from the convienience of my own home, and all we had to do upon arrival was sign our papers. We knew what our deal was, before even stepping foot into the dealership. Our salesman, Brian McKenna, even came in on his day off to arrange our pickup! It started with an internet inquiry and I was contacted in a timely manner. I spoke with Brandi Chenette, who simply answered the questions that I asked, then invited to me to visit the dealership, when I agreed, she kindly set an appointment that was convenient for me, no pressure. Upon my arrival, the dealership appeared busy and lively, yet I was still greeted at the door by immediately by Ryan Rocheleau, who ended up being my salesman that day. He asked what had brought me in that day, then kindly offered me a coffee. Once we got down to business Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and very straight forward. There are no salesman secrets at Mohawk Honda, just honest answers. Throughout the lengthy car buying process(which was made as painless as possible) Ryan introduced me every member of the Mohawk Honda team that wasn't already engaged with a customer. Each employee from the tech guy, to one of the owners, went out of there way to have a short conversation with me to make sure everything was going well, and offered their knowledge and experience if needed. Ryan worked with his manager Micah Troncone, met my needs, and got me a better price than I was hoping for. Once it was time to drive away in my new Honda Civic, it was cleaned meticulously, filled with fuel to the brim, and every last gadget and feature was explained in detail.
