the experience was positive, I sent an email outlining what I was looking for and Steve responded that he had one on the lot and we negotiated on price and finalized the deal through text message and arra what I was looking for and Steve responded that he had one on the lot and we negotiated on price and finalized the deal through text message and arranged for pick up the same way. Pick up went well, they did nice job showing the features of the car to my wife and responded timely to her questions. More

I wanted to wait a couple months before sending in a review just to be sure I was 100% happy with my new Toyota Corolla and the overall experience, and 3 months after my purchase, I'm just as pleased as review just to be sure I was 100% happy with my new Toyota Corolla and the overall experience, and 3 months after my purchase, I'm just as pleased as I was the day I drove off the lot. This was my very first new car purchase, and Steve was extremely patient, got answers to all my questions no matter how nit-picky they may have seemed, and never pressured me into a decision. He has kept in touch to ensure that I continue to be happy with my new vehicle. I was actually ready to pick up a different make and model from a competitor's dealership and only visited the lot in order to reassure myself that I had looked at all my options. The level of customer service at Toyota of Des Moines, however, was so far superior to all the other dealerships I had visited that I knew I wouldn't be comfortable purchasing from anyone else. I cannot imagine a better experience and would recommend Toyota of Des Moines (and Steve Henigan) to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I spent a lot of time researching all of the 2012 new vehicles. When I contacted Toyota of DSM via the internet Steve contacted me right away. When we met in person to look at a car he was very knowledgeable. I couldn't stump him! He exceeded my expectations and helped me to feel very secure in my decision. I like to know how things work and have all of the facts that I can to support the information. Steve was able to answer every question. He give me more insight by showing me even more to add to my fact list. I am very pleased with his services and know that I can contact him at any time with future questions and concerns and he will show me the same attention after the sale. Thank you! More

I contacted Steve via the internet. He responded to me very quickly with all the forms I needed to get into a new vehicle. When visiting the dealer, Steve was attentive and and accommodating. When it came to pricing the vehicle of choice, there was very little reason to haggle over price as the initial offer was reasonable. Once the vehicle was purchased the dealership spent about 30 minutes running through the amenities on the vehicle to ensure I knew how to operate them. More

This is my second new vehicle purchase from Toyota of Des Moines this year. I was involved in a motor vehcile crash 5 months after purchasing my new car. The Camry's safety features were impressive. I was very impressed with the service I received from Steve Henigan. Steve Henigan provided prompt responses before and after I purchased the vehicles. He provided the answers to my questions and competive pricing. When I purchased my first vehicle, I shopped online. I contacted 3 Toyota dealerships in the surrounding area and Steve from Toyota of Des Moines was the only person who responded. Steve found the exact features in the car I was looking for and gave me the best price right up front. With my second purchase I told him what I was looking for and he found it again. The process of buying a new car from Toyota of Des Moines went so smoothly, I would highly recommend this dealership! More
