This was my very first new car purchase, and Steve was extremely patient, got answers to all my questions no matter how nit-picky they may have seemed, and never pressured me into a decision. He has kept in touch to ensure that I continue to be happy with my new vehicle. I was actually ready to pick up a different make and model from a competitor's dealership and only visited the lot in order to reassure myself that I had looked at all my options. The level of customer service at Toyota of Des Moines, however, was so far superior to all the other dealerships I had visited that I knew I wouldn't be comfortable purchasing from anyone else. I cannot imagine a better experience and would recommend Toyota of Des Moines (and Steve Henigan) to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
